First and foremost, yes it is a little frustrating that a single episode of this story is five bucks, and the length is what you one find as a normal chapter in a manga volume. However, if you're a fan of Sakira and want to read something that goes a bit beyond just a short story smutty read, I'd consider giving this episode (and the others available) a chance.Honestly, it reminds me a little of “The Night Beyond the Tricornered Window,” only way more explicit and sex focused. Immediately we get sexy, uncensored scenes, and an interesting supernatural story to lead the way. Being that it’s only one episode there’s not a lot of plot that can happen, but there’s still enough set up for you to decide if you’re interested in the rest of the story or not. One thing I like is that the seme and uke are typical of Sakira's bara art style, but not overly buff and more natural/”real-life” in their attractiveness. I personally love the look of Shin; I have a weakness for glasses on dominant guys, and after seeing him on the cover he was one of the main reasons I wanted to pick up this episode. I’m looking forward to seeing how his and Kyou’s partnership continues and deepens.Concerning the layout, each page is set as an image on my Kindle’s page instead of the comic’s page being full-sized to fit the screen. Sometimes this gets annoying when trying to zoom in to look at details since they tend to get grainier, and small text gets harder to read.Last I read from the publisher was that this would be included in a re-released full paperback volume format after all episodes were published, which I'd love to have in my collection. since it’s the work of Sakira I’ll be looking forward to it. For right now I’ll just keep reading each episode as they come out in support of this mangaka.
